me and my Wife (portuguese and Mexican Passport Holders) we are residing in Bintan Indonesia, and we want to travel to china, can we issue our visas in singapore? or we need to flight to Jakarta to do

You need to apply through CVASC in Jakarta. Pleaes confirm this with the Center directly before application. Call: 021-579-38655
BTW, online appointment is required for submission of application.
