About:FAQ on China Postal Service

why is my package still saying location can since March 9, 2014.

I just want to know if its on its way or not. Tracking number RB531545338CN.

You need to visit the post office and see if it arrives. It normally takes 13 to 18 days.

Yes, you should have received it. If it doesn't arrive at the post office, then you need to contact the sender immediately.
