I will leave from east nanjing street and i want to go in sightseeing bus, so on which stop i should drop for French Concession District AND Xintiandi ? is it line 1 or 2 in bus ??

Walk from where you are to Nanjing Road (east) stop of sightseeing bus line 1 (Puxi line) at the Exit 2 of subway Line 10, Henan Middle Road to take the bus and get off at the Site of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, Xin Tian Di stop, which is to the west of 222, Hubin Road. Then u will take an easy acess to the French Concession area and XTD.
