RC482771300CN dx say just to wait, is there anything i can do?

my order has been showing departure from outward office of exchange for a week and dx say just to wait but surely it should be transporting by now?

According to the tracking information available, it is clear that your package departed from Guangzhou. So if you check the world map you will find that there is quite a distance that you package has to cover to get to your location.
That being said, you should know that China-Post uses the least expensive method of shipping a package. This also makes it the slowest. Furthermore the time it takes for a package to reach your location depends on the kind of China Post service that was chosen ( by the seller and indirectly by you, because if you had made the seller, expedite the shipping then, you would have had to pay more) .

Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. If there is any delay, it would then take as long as 180 days.
