72-Hours Tranist Visa

Hello,

My question is: I' a Swiss citizen and I have a round-trip ticket from Switzerland to Shanghai. I will have to go to Hong Kong for 2 days, and this means leaving China Mainland. As I have a single entry tourist L, can I apply for the 72-Hours free as I will be travelling back to Switzerland from Hong Kong via Shanghai?
Thank you very much for your support
