when will or will i get my package

Can you please help me. Status of my order is NULL. Before it says Departure from outward office of exchange, is that mean that goods are still not shipping?
My tracking number is: RC586211590CN

Don't worry! It left Beijing on Mar. 15. I think you can receive it at the end of March or the beginning of April.
