Already and 'shipped by China by 2/17/2014 and still not' arrived in Italy. It's 'possible? thanks for the reply

It shows that your parcel left Beijing on Mar. 2. I think you can wait for one more week. If it doesn't arrive, then you can ask the shipper what happened.
