I'm afraid you cannot. There are just normal express trains operating for the trip, no bullet trains. The normal trains takes 11h or longer and the ticket fare is CNY135.5-377.5 for hard seat and different classses of sleepers.

If you wanna take bullet train and save some time, you can take a high-speed train to Jinan first within 2h and 50min and then transfer to another normal express train to Shjiazhuang in around 4h.
