can i get a bullet train from zhenjiang to shijiazhuang and how long is it and also how much is it

I'm afraid you cannot. There are just normal express trains operating for the trip, no bullet trains. The normal trains takes 11h or longer and the ticket fare is CNY135.5-377.5 for hard seat and different classses of sleepers.
If you wanna take bullet train and save some time, you can take a high-speed train to Jinan first within 2h and 50min and then transfer to another normal express train to Shjiazhuang in around 4h.0
