According to my experience, the Mt. Wuyi and Earth Tower of Hakkas are the must seeing places.
In FZ city, the Nanhou Street, Jinshan Temple, National Forest Park and West Lake Temple are worth seeing.1

Thanks Sandy. Have you travelled to another city/province from Fuzhou? I have about 4 days free for tour, and don't know where to go from there besides the sight seeing in Fuzhou which I think can be done in one day?
Please advise. Thaks again0

Yeah, I did. I took the bullet train from Fuzhou South to Shenzhen North in around 5h and 20min. In Shenzhen, the Window of the World, Splendid China & Folk Cultural Village, Safari Park, Dameisha and OCT East are all great attractions. You can spend at least 2 days there.
If you are interested, you can also take a bullet train from Shenzhen to Guangzhou in about 1h and 20min for sightseeing! There u cannot miss the White Cloud Mountain, Yuexiu Park and Chimelong Resort!0
