No, this is not allowed because you will fly round trip from Hong Kong to Guangzhou. You need to apply for a Chinese visa in advance for this visit.

Can i do a ticket as follow so i can fall in the rules of 72 hours transit
I will fly from Dubai UAE to Manila and than i will buy a ticket Manila - Guanghzou -Hong Kong
So my flight back will be to Hong Hong and than to Dubai using my original ticket which will be Hong Kong To Dubai.
Or i can do this ticket Dubai - Guanghzou -Honk Kong -Dubai and i will stay in Guanghzou less than 48 hours
Please let me know which one will be better to fall in the 72 hours Transit Visa Rules

You can fly from Dubai - Guangzhou -Hong Kong then back to Dubai using this 72 hr free transit.

Sorry, the connection via HK both ways does not qualify if you want to avail 72 hr visa free transit in Guangzhou.

Ok thanks now can i fly from Manila to Guangzhou and stay 48 hours and than on my way back i will do a stop in Hong Kong than to manila , is this will qualify me for a transit visa with my french passport

I am flying with Cathay Pacific as follow from DUBAI-HONG kONG -MANILA round trip
But from Manila i want to buy a ticket as follow
Manila to Guangzhou on one way with Philippine airlines and from Guangzhou to Hong Kong than manila it will with Dragon air and CATHAY PACIFIC
So my question is do they allow me because i have 2 separates tickets on a one way each as follow
manila -Guangzhou and the second ticket will be Guangzhou- Hong Kong-Manila
i will be holding both tickets , as you know i am french National
