Hi Im Victoria from Australia. I m not happy with the answer I got.

Other people have been born in leap years but their birthdays are not divisable by 4. My birtday is 24 - 4 - 56. It is divisable by 4. Does it mean anything?

If you were born on Feb. 29, your birth date would have been very meaningful. It's very rare. People who were born on Feb. 29 in the leap year celebrate their birthdays every four year.
