Fuzhou Changle Airport to Apollo Hotel [Bus timings]

Hi, I understand that from FZ Changle airport, there is a bus that goes to Apollo Hotel along wu yi zhong lu. I'm arriving in the airpotr at 8.30pm. I was wondering if the bus would still be in service by then, and if not, what alternative transportation can I utilise to get to the city?
It would be great to know of the operating hours of the bus,
