Is there a beach by the river and can people swim in the river?

There is no beach by the river and it is not suggested to swim in the river, because the condition is not so well.

Oh, I forgot to tell you that there are some public swimming pools in the city where you can swim.
Swimming in the GL Gymnasium is a best choice.
