How to calculate 72 free transit in Beijing

Hi, From Sydney Australia to Beijing arriving at 5:50 am of April 29,2012 and fly to Italy at 1:30 pm of May 2,2014, can I still use the 72 hours free transit in Beijing? otherwise I need applying for double entries visa. Thanks
