The shuttle buses can be found outside the terminal. The interval of the shuttle bus is around 15 to 25 minutes.

Or I think you can use the local subway line 2 to reach East Nanjing Road Station and get out of the station from Exit 4. Then walk along the Nanjing Road to your hotel easily. The fare is around 7RMB.
