About:China High Speed Train

Can somebody advise for

Hong Kong to quanzhou
Quanzhou to yichang
Yichang to Hong Kong
By high speed railways

You can take flight to Xiamen first and then connect rails to Quanzhou. And then rails from Xiamen to Wuhan connecting to Yichang, and Yichang to Guangzhou and then Guangzhou to Hongkong.
