snack food intoout of shanghai

Question

Can I take into and out of Shanghai, sealed snack food for emergency eating. I have Diabetes and Coeliac disease and am not sure that Shanghai will have food that will be OK for me to eat. The food will be bought and made in New Zealand, and then taken to Sweden via Frankfurt. I will have a letter from my Doctor saying that I need to carry these items.

Well, you can take the snake food if you have a prescription from your doctor. But you should bear in mind that cheese and other milk product, raw or cooked meat are not allowed to enter PRC.
