Tracking # CP277329221cn , is it still in china or has it ship out to USA

Yes, it's difficult to tell whether your package has left PRC or not because the status didn't change into "Delivery to the airport". You need to call the sender and ask him to talk to China Post. He might get some info from the China Post.
