About:Guangzhou Travel Guide

Guangzhou Airport to Guangzhou Yifeng Hotel... Last Shuttle

My flight into GZ is not due to arrive until 12:35am. I'm trying to find out if the airport shuttle is still running at this time.

Yes, the airport shuttle bus will still operate at that time, but no bus can directly take you to the hotel! I suggest you take line 6 to New Pearl River Hotel and then catch a taxi to your hotel within 10min.
