Kate, you don't need to make an appoint for submitting your application. You can submit your documents to the CVASC branch during the working hours.0

Sorry to contradict but the information on the website in Perth WA says you must make an appointment time otherwise you may have a long wait.
All the information you need is on their website and it is very clear and easy to navigate.
The locations of all the CVASC branches are listed for each State and then you can see the requirements for where you are.
You can also apply for your Visa by mail, it takes a bit longer and costs a little more but would be worth it if you live far from an office.0
