hello there,
I have tryed to tacked this tracking number ri100835745bg and it says :
RI100835745BG Arrival at outward office of exchange Beijing Mon, 10 Mar 2014 09:46:00 GMT
RI100835745BG Dispatching Beijing Mon, 10 Mar 2014 17:29:00 GMT
so it has not been updated for about 4 days, could you please give us more info?

Hello there, we have sent it from Bulgaria to China, so it is not enough. we need delivery confirmation that seller got it back. Could you help?

Then you need to contact the seller and confirm if he has received it or not because no further tracking information is provided when your package left Bulgaria.
