About:China Postal Service

RC497171749CN stuck at delivery to aiport

RC497171749CN this is my tracking Number and my package had been stuck at delivery to airport for 27 days. Can you help me check and tell me what's going on and is it usual for this to take long. Please and thank you for your help

Details as below, sometimes the information is incorrect, china postal customer service told me you should contact your local post office now, it usually not take so long time, it maybe already arrive in GB.
