If it is sent by air, it should arrive in 7 to 15 days according to China Post. However, it takes longer time in fact, 7 to 30 days.

It depends on the kind of China Post service that was chosen to ship your stuff. Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. Should there be any delay, it would be as long as 180 days.

The English information on the official website of China Post is translated from Chinese language tracking status to English, but all such information can be successfully translated. So “NULL” is a technical problem of the website, not your parcel. "NULL" simply indicates that the translation was not possible. It is also indicative of the fact that the mail has left china and as such no other information is posted immediately.
