From your hotel, it is suggested to to the Star of Avenue and enjoy the Victoria Harbour first by walking.

After that, you can go back to the Tsim Sha Tsui Station to take the Tsuen Wan Line to Central Station. Get out of the station from Exit J2 and then walk to the Garden Road to find the Peak Tram Station. From the Central, you can take the Island Line to reach HK Station. Get out of the station, you can walk to the Exchange Square to find the bus line 70 to reach the Aberdeen. Then you can take the same bus line back to the HK Station and use the mrt to go back to the Tsim Sha Tsui to see the Star of Avenue and walk to the Ladies Market.

From where you live, you can use the MTR to Tsuen Wan Line to Admiratly and walk to the Admiralty West to take the bus line 629 to go to the Ocean Park. Then you can use the same bus line to go back to the Admiralty Station and then take the Island Line to HK Station. From HK Station, you can take the Tung Chung Line to Sunny Bay Station, where you can take the Disneyland Resort Line to get to Disneyland. Then you can still use the mtr to go back to the Tsim Sha Tsui area.

For Macau, both of the Fisherman Wharf and the Mosque can be reached by walking. After that you can go back to the Ferry Terminal to take the bus line 32 to get to Macau Tower. From the tower, you can take the bus line 10A to San Ma Lo and walk to the Senado Square to check in. Then walk to the Sintra to take the free shuttle bus to City of Dreams.

On the next morning, you can walk to the Ruins of St. Paul and the Senado Square.
