cab from xining west train station

Question

Hi I wish to know 1)How much is the cab fare from the West train station to the long distance bus station in Jianguo Lu? 2)are there eating places around this bus station before I board bus to Tongren?

The taxi fare is around 20 to 25RMB. There are many places to have meals near the bus station, but I think the price and flavor in the restaurants around the bus station are not good. If time is possible, it is suggested to go to the Qiyi Road to have meals and this road can be reached by walk a few steps from the bus station.
