About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Husband working remotely while on an S1 Visa visiting me

I will be working and will have a Z while in China. My husband works from home in North America - remotely - he will not be making any Chinese income. He will be visiting me a couple of times over the course of a year. An S1 is the type he should get right?
