From Shamlock Hotel, hong kong, Is it easily to catch a Taxi at 4am. Any Taxi surcharge at this time. Thks

Yes, it will be relatively to take a taxi at that time from your hotel. Don't worry! And I heard the charge at night is the same as daytime.
