There might be something wrong with your package. You need contact the seller immediately. If there is something wrong, he should have been informed.

Even though it was showing opening in the online track and trace it was actually delivered to my local postal service main mail office and it has been laying there for more than two months now,reason being it was held up by customs because i need to now go show proof of purchase and pay some tax on it. I read and article online saying that sometimes the online tracking system is incorrect, so i decided to call the local post office and what do you know it was actually there, so happy and relieved. So this is a note to all who is looking for parcels to call your local postal service to find out if your parcel isn't stuck at their office even though the online track and trace shows something else.
