is there a currency exchange in the shanghai airport pvg

Is there a currency exchange area in the shanghai pvg airport? I am coming from the USA and would prefer not to exchange my money in the states. are the rates good at the airport, if they have that service? Will they give u exchange in small bills?

Yes, you can easily find the currency exchange areas inside the International Arrival Hall between No.9 and No.10 gates. I don't know if the rates are good. But they charge around CNY 50 as handling fee. You needn't exchange too much there. When you go to the downtown area, you can exchange your money at the banks. No more handling charges.
