Hi, I purchased item from China and the status says NULL for Tracking no RC365703576CN

Hi, Plz can anyone try to help me to find out my item for Tracking no RC365703576CN. I do not get any response from anywhere , I am very Upset

The tracking information in English, on the official website of China Post is translated from tracking status in Chinese language. Due to this, all information can be translated successfully. So “NULL” is a technical problem of the website, not your parcel.
