About:FAQ on China Postal Service

Can someone please tell me where my package is?

I ordered using ems shipping and it still hasn't gotten here .. They guarantee 5-7 days for shipping but I've heard nothing . I tried tracking it on ems website but it's not updating. Can you please help find it ? The tracking number is EA003271872CN
