package in china, last update a month ago. tracking no RC010948443CN
I have an order made two month ago in china, I opened a dispute and agreed it before receiving it because the price was to high. The problem is that once agreed the dispute, the order is closed as succesfully, meanwhile I haven't received the package, the last update is in china on 08.02.2014 and I haven't received the money agreed on dispute.I don't know how this happened, I understand why the order is closed, but don't know why not receiving the money and the package. It seems that I can't do nothing else about the dispute, no other action can be done to alliexpress but hope and pray that I will receive it finally.
