when my headlights are arrived eight months ago should be in my power?

I bought this product in July 2013, allegedly should have arrived in September 2013. In October 2013 came only missing 3 flashlights charger 2 battery chargers and 3 batteries set, in "Correos de Chile" unwilling to respond by sending as I received this charger and allegedly sending is complete, I need urgent help, as these products are not mine and are paid. Did you visit the post office in your area? If the staff there told you your package didn't arrive, you should ask help from the shipper.
