About:China Student Visa

Do I need a student, business, or work VISA?

I am a Master's student travelling to China to work on my thesis project with a collaborating research institution (not a university) and will not be enrolled in any courses. Duration is one month and the institution will be providing accomodations and basic living expenses during my stay.

You need to apply for business F type for this visit with the invitation letter from the institution.
