About:China Customs Declaration

Will I need to declare those, and if so, how much can I expect to pay?

I am returning to America in April. I wanted to know if I need to declare the power banks I will buy. There will be about 50 power banks. They cost about 35RMB each… Thanks! :D

I am afraid that you can't bring them when you board the plane. According to the regulation, passengers can bring their powerbanks (for personal use only) in their carry-on luggage and they are not allowed to use it on the plane. And passengers can only bring powerbanks within 100wh. If the powerbank is larger than 100wh but smaller than 160wh, they should be approved by the airline. You can call the airline to confirm this.

Hi, thank you for answering my question about the power banks before. :D
Now I have a question about Tea. I have maybe 15 cakes of Pu'er Sheng Tea I want to take back home and also about 500grams of White tea all packed in sealed packages. Will this be ok for me to take back to America or must I pay a fee? Thanks again ! :D
