About:Dalian and Yantai Cruise

is it possible to go to this ferries with a car? How much is the fee for the car itself?

Yes, some ships allow you to bring your car on board. Take Dalian-Weihai for example, the fee for transporting the car is around CNY 800, according to some people who took the ship. I think you should ask the cruise companies for details.
