My Documents which I send to SUN YAT-Sin University item Number (RA000136387PK)

Unsuccessful delivery on location 51027503 so what can I do now?

If you can contact the receiver, then contact him/her and ask him/her to visit local post office. I guess there is something wrong with his/her address or contact information.
