How to take a bus from Guilin to Yangdi and how long is the journey ?

There is no direct bus, so you need to take the buses for Yangshuo and get off the bus at Yangdi Lukou. At Yangdi Lukou, you can easily find the buses for Yangdi.
The total bus journey for Yangdi takes about three hours.
