Hi this is my tracking number: RC083227742CN , I saw on the website of China post mail my package was in customs a few months ago, it is so slow and I would like to know a way to contact them directly, and ask for my package.

Rosaly, your package were opened and despatched in Suzhou many times and there is no update that claims your package has gone through the customs. You should contact the seller immediately and see what happened.

What did you buy? If there is something wrong with your package, the customs won't let it go.

There is nothing wrong with your items. I can't figure out why your package was opened and dispatched many times. Perhaps, the shipper knows why.
