boat ride from yangdi to xingping

Is there a bus from Guilin to Yangdi and how much ? To take a boat from Yangdi to Xingping which boat is stable and safer and how much ?

From Guilin to Yangdi, there is no direct bus and you need transfer at Yangdi Lukou.
From Guilin Bus Station, you can find the buses for Yangshuo, so you can take those buses for Yangdi Lukou. At this place, you can find many buses for Yangdi.
I heard the Mr. Liao's boat is safe and nice, but I did not try before. I want to try this year.
For the fee, it is suggested to book this this cruise tour with some tour agency, so that they will arrange you a nice and reasonable price for this section. I heard there are a lot of traps there, so in order to save time and have less troubles, I will book with some local tour agency to avoid difficulities.
