Someone helps me to get a sim card in Shenyang

hey ,, I just arrived here from USA yesterday,, i wiil be here in zhongjie dadong for a couple of weeks,, its getting problem to get a SIM card,, can anyone please tell me,around here, from where i can do international calls, i wil pay hand cash for that,,
