Hello, i am trying to track my parcel RB347315235CN but keeps saying there is no info

I have tried various tracking websites and each one says the same. I have asked the sender to confirm it is right tracking number but no reply...apparently they sent it out on 8/02/14. I have had no trouble tracking my other parcels and now fear i wont receive my goods
