hello me and my boyfriend wish to travel to  china to see the great wall. he has a lebanese passport what should he do to get a chinese L type and how long will it take for him to get it. thank u in advance

He should provide return air ticket and hotel reservation beside his passport, application form and a recent passport photo. If he can provide the invitation letter, the air ticket and hotel reservation are not required. Yes, you should pay 140USD no matter you apply in Lebanon or US. The fee is the same.
