For Jordan Street, do you mean the Jordan MTR Station?
I only heard about Jordan Station on Nathan Road.
From Jordan Station, you can take the Tsuen Wan Line to Lai King Station where you can change to Tung Chung Line to get to Tsing Yi Station. From Tsing Yi Station, you can take the Airport Express Line to reach the airport directly.
