About:Chinese Embassy in Japan

Will I be able to apply for an L in person at the embassy?

Hello:
I currently work in Japan with a working visa, but I'm a US passport holder. I purchased my plane ticket online, so I didn't go through a travel agency. Or have I purchased my ticket for nothing? I'm not sure what I should do. Your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, as I know, you need to apply through a local travel agency if you work there.
