About:China Private Visit Visa

s2 inquiry

My brother in law is a english teacher & resident in china. Also her wife ( my sister ) and their 2 children is now in china with him. My question is can i qualified for s2 visa? I really want to visit them for a short time. Thanks

No, because your sister is accompanying her husband - Z holder. You can not apply for S2 type unless your sister is working or studying in China with residence permit.
