My item tracking RC019514020CN states RC019514020CN Departure from outward office of exchange Shanghai AU Wed, 12 Feb 2014 12:17:00 GMT it is almost 1 month later and the tracking has not changed. Should I be concerned its arriving to Australia.thank you

It  seems that the status has not changed much because the item is shipping from China, all the way to Australia. Another possibility is that your parcel has already left China, but the present status can not be traced as the destination country does not support China Post Tracking. Usually it takes 7 – 20 working days for AIR and SAL mails, and 40 – 70 days for a surface mail. If there is any delay, it would be as long as 180 days
