About:FAQ on China Postal Service

CP287729277CN not delivered yet

hello,

My package was sent more as a month ago. The last date on track and trace of number CP287729277CN says
2014-01-28 12:47 上海国际 20110600 Departure from outward office of exchange. Normally i receive my package within 20 days. Can anyone tell me if there is some delay? Is this delay from china? is my package still in china?
I really feel powerless in this situation and my clients are pushing me. Can anyone tell me what to do?

Very possible you are experiencing a delay due to Chinese New Year Holidays (New Year 2013/14 was January 31, your last track is dated Jan. 28) and the highly increased volume of parcels, boxes, letters.....at that time. It is right also that now is March 07,.....very long time !
