the last update of my parcel RC264321096CN was on the 08 February 2014 which states NULL PEK.

No updates since that, where could it be

RC264321096CN Delivery to airport Beijing BW Sat, 08 Feb 2014 04:20:00 GMT

It's been a month. I think might check it at your local post office. If it hasn't arrived, then you contact the shipper and see what happened.
