You can take Taoyuan bus no. 5059 to Taoyuan Railway Station from the airport. Then take a train to Luodong. Then you can take the farm shuttle van with the marks of "香格里拉休闲农场" near the train station to the farm directly, but I heard you need to reserve th shuttle in advance.1
